1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StrainFit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StrainFit is a wellness tracking application that allows users to log cannabis usage, track cannabinoid profiles, and monitor potential correlations with personal health metrics. The Service is for informational and tracking purposes only.

3. Age Requirement and Legal Compliance

You must be at least 21 years of age (or 18+ in jurisdictions where medical cannabis is legal for adults 18+) to use this Service. By using StrainFit, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement
• Your use of cannabis is legal in your jurisdiction (medical or recreational)
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• You have any required medical cannabis card or prescription (if applicable)

StrainFit does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis products. We are solely a tracking and wellness application.

4. User Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• The accuracy of information you provide
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws

5. Data Accuracy and User Responsibility

You acknowledge that all data entered into StrainFit is self-reported and has not been verified by medical professionals. StrainFit:

• Does not verify cannabinoid percentages or lab testing results from third parties
• Is not responsible for inaccurate COA (Certificate of Analysis) data
• Cannot guarantee the accuracy of strain profiles from dispensaries
• Makes no medical claims about the effects of tracked substances

6. Not Medical Advice

StrainFit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information provided through the Service should not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use StrainFit to:

• Violate any local, state, or federal laws
• Facilitate illegal drug transactions
• Share accounts with minors
• Misrepresent your age or legal status
• Upload false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StrainFit are owned by StrainFit, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Your user data remains your property, but by using the Service, you grant StrainFit a license to use anonymized, aggregated data for research and service improvement purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRAINFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any health outcomes related to cannabis use
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Errors or inaccuracies in the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrainFit, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your use of the Service
• Content you submit to the Service

12. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Upon deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days. Note that anonymized aggregate data used in research cannot be reversed once de-identified.

13. Modifications to Service and Terms

StrainFit reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
